Mike Pence Went Against God's Will By Not Refusing To Certify The Election Results (As Per Abortion Obsessed False Prophet Robin D Bullock)

After Joe Biden defeated donald tRump in the 2020 election, but before VP Pence certified the results, false prophet Robin Bullock (a liar who trafficked his soul to Satan for 42 million dollars) prophesied that VP Pence would have the courage to do the right thing and (as per a 1/5/2021 Dotard tweet) "reject fraudulently chosen electors".

Partial transcription of audio from a YouTube dated 9/11/2021... although Bullock is obviously talking about (and making predictions concerning) events prior to VP Pence (in a ceremonial role) certifying the 2020 election results...

Bloodthristy Democrats love killing kids.

...people try to declare oh this has nothing to do with the physical. Nothing to do with the physical really. Well tell 345,600 babies in the fiscal year of 2018. That it had nothing to do with the physical when the nation was almost swimming in their blood ... This fight is mainly over the slaughter of the innocent. You cannot believe I know that people in political realms would go to such lengths just to kill children.

Donald tRump won in a landslide

...you see, donald trump, a man who gave up everything, even to his own cut in pay, for a life he did not have to do. That's right he - listen now - he has already been elected. No I'm... not making that plain I guess. And i'm sure under this video today YouTube will put, "uh they have confirmed Joe Biden as this and this this". He [Donald tRump] has already won the presidency. He won it that night.

God is in control. Unless people don't listen to him.

...and make no mistake it's going to try to culminate on the 6th [although] we think, "well it was prophesied. It's got to happen. don't it brother Robin?". No it don't. Because the church has been taught a lie. The same thing Islam believes believe it or not. If an islamic - some extremist gets on an airplane and crashes it somewhere - he believes it was the will of god that he do it. If he decides not to do it at the last minute? It was the will of god that decided not to do it at the last minute. If he decides to veer left it was the will of god that he veered left. If he decides to go up a little bit and then go down it was the will of god in his mind to do that. If he says two words today it was the will of Allah that happened. [Allah is what] they call God. If, no matter what he does - or she does - it's the will of their god.

...does that sound familiar to you? Well God's in control. And Allah is not God. He was one of 360 gods that Mohammed picked out because he could slaughter people under his name. But the one true living god the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - the god and father of our Lord Jesus Christ the only true god. Jesus the only king of kings and lord of lords. He's god. But when you turn and say he's in control? Really?

There was a Vietnam correspondent back during the Vietnam war one of the most horrible wars this nation has ever seen. A war that our men and our young boys were just bodies thrown in front of bullets. A war they were thrown into and wasn't [were not] allowed to win. But they fought valiantly. They fought with everything in them. And they're all heroes to me. Everyone that fought in Vietnam is a hero to me. And they'll always be hailed as that to me.

There was a correspondent. He wasn't even a Christian. Said he wasn't a Christian. He was covering the war and after the atrocities. ... This correspondence said "I've always heard that God is in control". Now this guy's not even Saved. But he wrote this in a big article. He said "I've always heard everybody say God's in control ... After what I've seen, if God is... in control... he's got this world in a mess. Because there's been one world war after another.

God opposes the "slaughter of babies" aka "Human sacrifice" that Joe Biden supports.

I don't know how many babies murdered to this date in abortion mills, but I know it's over 30 million this year. This year! Nine midwestern states was the last count anyone could fill up with the babies that have been slaughtered. Whole generations have been taken. Do you think God's in control of that? He's against human sacrifice. Condemns human sacrifice and forbids human sacrifice. How can you say he wants Joe Biden as president when he's going - the first day in office killed 345,600 babies in the coming year?

Proof God is in control, but only if people listen to him.

We've got it all squirreled up God's in control. He'll just do what He wants to. ...brother Robin, He didn't do what He wanted to with you until you decided to let Him. He wanted to save you how many years ago? How many times did you turn him away before you accepted him? Well I thought, He's in control. He said i'm not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. But everybody's not going to repent. There will be people in Hell - you do know that, right? - but it wasn't God's will for him [them] to be there. The bible says we are co-laborers with God. He has a part and we have a part.

[What I think Bullock is saying is that tRump will become president - because he has already won - but only if Mike Pence submits to God's will and rejects the "fraudulently chosen electors". Which, obviously he did not. Mike Pence did not play his part to stop the slaughter of innocent babies].

This rightwing "pastor" believes himself to be a "prophet" in communication with God. Or (more likely) he lies to his followers about being a prophet in communication with God. Though (as per the transcript above) his prophecies can be foiled. If people God calls on fail to do their part. Why low-IQ trumpers like Mystere will never stop believing. These "prophets" can't be wrong. If their prophecy does't come to pass it's not their fault.

In this case the prophecy not coming to pass was clearly Mike Pence's fault. Why he won't be the GOP nominee for potus in 2024. Yet, apparently Mike Pence thinks he could be the nominee and possibly the next president. I say he (if he does run) will drop out quickly. The evilvangelical base (deluded fools like Mystere who think they are Christians) have to hate him for his betrayal. LOL.

Another low-IQ trumper, "Nancy CubaCanada", regarding the video above writes (in the YouTube comments): "I have a question because I became little confused. If the Lord gives a prophecy maybe happen or maybe don't? Trump was willing and fighting for the government, the church was praying, the people voted for him. I believe what the Lord said about Trump will happen".

Ha ha ha. It did not happen and will not happen. Mike Pillow delusions aside. Dotard isn't going to be reinstated. The people didn't vote for him. Or, more people voted for Joe Biden. The election wasn't stolen.

Though (as it has recently been revealed) it wasn't because God told Mike Pence to do his part so his "chosen one" Dotard would be reinstalled... and Mike told God NO. Or maybe he did tell God NO? In which case I've got to wonder (given that Pence is super religious)... why would Mike listen to Dan Quayle over God?

Is this the audit from Cyber Ninja's, currently defying a court order to comply with a FOIA request to release audit related documents? A request that has been upheld by two separate courts? Is this the audit that is claiming that their audit is not official and therefore not subject to state record preservation laws? The same audit that is claimed to be the most transparent in history?

      To Minus Eff Jay,

When are you going to admit to your foolishness over the lie that the 2020 election was stolen?

Are your foolish links to silly videos just a game for you? Can you actually be so easily bamboozled by Trump and his cadre of lies and liars?

It seems so. Will this report make you wise up? Or will you continue to cling to your irresponsible claims of Trump's Big Lie?

  5. "Conspiracy Firm Behind Arizona Audit Defies Order to Release Behind-the-Scenes

    SOMETHING’S FISHY IN MARICOPA

Cyber Ninjas is fighting an order to release communications about the GOP-led Arizona election audit, despite a judge repeatedly ruling they must do so."

Days before the long-delayed conclusion of an Arizona vote “audit” of the 2020 election—one that conspiracy blogs trumpeted as the “MOST TRANSPARENT AUDIT EVER”—the conspiratorial group behind the effort is fighting a court order to turn over internal documents.

Cyber Ninjas, an obscure Florida tech company with no prior elections experience, has been leading a chaotic review of Maricopa County, Arizona’s 2020 presidential election since April. The months-long effort has been a fiasco both technically (auditors caused nearly $3 million in damage to voting machines and caught COVID en masse) and politically (Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan was revealed to be an election truther who collaborated with Trump attorney Sidney Powell on voter fraud theories). In August, a judge ruled that Cyber Ninjas must turn over audit-related documents by mid-September, following a pair of public records lawsuits from the Arizona Republic and the transparency group American Oversight."

What are those clowns afraid of? They're so afraid that they're defying a court of law's order? LOL! Yeah. That's exactly what legitimate folks do when they have legitimate information.

The results of the Arizona Maricopa Audit will be revealed today. But we got a preview last night and guess what?

The election was not only not rigged, but somehow Trump lost votes in the process. The audit so many crazies were sure would show that the election was stolen from Trump, actually resulted in a finding that Trump was credited with too many votes.

Joe Biden won by more votes than we imagined.

It looks like it's time for these supposed "Constitution Loving" extremists to go back to salivating over John Eastman's memo to the Trump Admin on how to overthrow a valid, proven, fraud free election in November 2020.

    1. Sorry folks, you won't get any apologies from me. The audit has revealed serious and significant discrepancies and defects in the 2020 Arizona election that indicate that if the next election is conducted in the same manner, voters should have NO CONFIDENCE in the announced results. Some serious procedural corrections are needed, and the system needs to be INDEPENDENTLY monitored/audited on a REGULAR basis to prevent another 2020-like loss of confidence.

      Delete
    2. Some of the more egregious examples:

The audit has discovered 263,139 ballot images on the election system that are corrupt and unreadable TIFF format images.

The total number of ballot images that exist within the body of computer forensics material provided for the audit is substantially less than the official vote totals and the total number of paper ballots audited. 21,273 ballot images are entirely missing from the forensics images of the election equipment. This means that there are electronic votes recorded, but no actual ballot images that correspond to the votes. This makes it impossible to fully validate the results or confirm that the Election Management System (EMS) was not tampered with.

  10. This perfectly describes Thersites and the Trump cultists:

"After all the scurrying, searching, sifting, speculating, hand-counting and bamboo-hunting had ended, Republicans’ post-mortem review of election results in Arizona’s largest county wound up only adding to President Biden’s margin of victory there.

But for those who have tried to undermine confidence in American elections and restrict voting, the actual findings of the Maricopa County review that were released on Friday did not appear to matter in the slightest. Former President Donald J. Trump and his loyalists redoubled their efforts to mount a full-scale relitigation of the 2020 election.

Any fleeting thought that the failure of the Arizona exercise to unearth some new trove of Trump votes or a smoking gun of election fraud might derail the so-called Stop the Steal movement dissipated abruptly. As draft copies of the report began to circulate late Thursday, Trump allies ignored the new tally, instead zeroing in on the report’s specious claims of malfeasance, inconsistencies and errors by election officials.

Significant parts of the right treated the completion of the Arizona review as a vindication — offering a fresh canard to justify an accelerated push for new voting limits and measures to give Republican state lawmakers greater control over elections. It also provided additional fuel for the older lie that is now central to Mr. Trump’s political identity: that the 2020 election was stolen from him."

"...after news of the Arizona report had circulated for hours, the group [a Wisconsin group looking for an audit of the 2020 election] sent supporters a warning: “Arizona is either going to support our efforts in Wisconsin,” it wrote, “or it will cause us to be a dog with our tail between our legs and run for the hills!”

  11. "While the draft report notes that 23,344 mail-in ballots were voted from a prior address, that doesn’t necessarily indicate intentional wrongdoing. For example, more than 15,000 people who voted by mail from a prior address moved within Maricopa County prior to the registration deadline, according to the draft.

The forensic audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, where Phoenix is located, was initiated by the Republican-controlled Arizona state Senate in the months after Trump became the first GOP presidential candidate since 1996 to lose the state.

The state Senate hired a Florida-based firm called Cyber Ninjas to lead the audit, which was funded largely by nonprofit groups tied to proponents of Trump’s rigged election claims.

A draft report that leaked ahead of the release of the official audit report, however, reaffirmed Biden as the winner of the presidential election in Maricopa County.

In fact, it showed the president winning 99 more votes than he did in the certified ballot count last year. Trump, meanwhile, came up 261 votes short of where he stood in last year’s official results.

Despite that, the draft report refrains from saying the findings are conclusive and recommends a series of legislative reforms to address some issues with the elections system. Nevertheless, the draft report doesn’t contain evidence of the kind of widespread voter fraud that Trump and his allies have alleged."

  12. Here's what strikes me about the folks crying fraud. We've seen time after time, from Republican sources that the actual instances of voter fraud are miniscule.

Over the last 20 years, there have been few substantiated charges of voter fraud, even when the GOP has investigated.

Simply put, the instances of fraud are so small, why is a specific group so intent on enacting more laws to fix a problem that doesn't really exist?

Maybe because the problem the extremist partisans are trying to fix is the one numerous GOP politicians, including former President Trump have voiced over the years...

If we allow all the Democrats to vote, the GOP will never win another election!

Those aren't Dem talking points, they are the actual words of GOP politicians.

We've heard for the 18 months howling about Covid restrictions, masks and vaccines from this same crowd. Why they asked, for a disease that a clear majority of people recover from, that is really not much more than the flu, do we need all of these restrictions? Are the nanny state ppl trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist?

Maybe the -FJ's, thersites, et al should apply the same logic to voting.

Since there has only been a few cases where voter fraud has changed an election in the last 10-15 years, and those were from the GOP, maybe it is time to shut up and help more Americans vote in our elections, develop a standardized set of regulations for the states and tell the ppl working to sow distrust in a system that has served us well for over 200 years to get lost.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Here's an interesting read.

A perusal of the opening few arguments show that conservatives don't believe we need to be worried about finding solutions to problems when the supposed problems we are solving are minuscule or non existent

    A Covid Cribsheet

Since even the great majority of people in the US do not believe our elections are rife with fraud, and indeed, we have no evidence of such, why the headlong rush of the right to solve a nonexistent problem?

One can only surmise it's because the current GOP either does not believe that all Americans have a right to vote, or they are calling into question how some people, like Muhammad Ali in the 60's, can even be considered Americans.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Also, people like Thersites and his sock puppets NEVER, NEVER, NEVER call into question any election where Republicans win. And neither did Trump yell about fraud when he won.

  15. Greg Sargent: "If anything, the audit’s conclusion only confirms the very worst suspicions that have arisen about the true significance of Trump’s continuing insistence that the election was stolen from him, the response of many Republicans to that mythologizing, and the broader continuing threat all this poses.

That’s because it’s already clear that some Republicans will not use the audit news to affirm that confidence in our election system has been restored. Instead, they’ll use it to continue undermining that confidence, for the express purpose of justifying further anti-democratic tactics."

This is EXACTLY what Thersites, Minus Eff Jay, and JoeCon are doing. Their "concern" about fraud in elections is not sincere. They have a completely different agenda.

And that agenda is to restrict voting.

    More from Greg Sargent:

"Like many others, I expected that this audit would flagrantly manufacture evidence that the election was stolen from Trump. I was wrong about that. However, this outcome does confirm many of our worst suspicions, as the draft itself shows that the audit’s function was, and is, to continue sowing doubts about our election system.

Which blows up another GOP big lie: the notion that such audits are merely about “restoring confidence” in our elections and in “election integrity.”

Oozing with unctuously phony piety, Republicans told us again and again and again that this audit was merely about allaying the doubts of voters who have lost confidence in our elections, a specter that Republicans have widely used to justify voting restrictions everywhere.

But, now that this audit “confirmed” Biden’s win, it is still telling us that we should doubt our electoral outcomes, and that more voting restrictions are necessary to allay those doubts. Why, it’s almost as if that was the real point all along!"

The people on this thread who keep saying there was fraud are not operating in good faith. They want to perpetuate the lie that any election the GQP loses is a fraud, and therefore, voting restrictions are needed.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Re the above comments from Dave and Shaw: YES. I am in complete agreement. The Cyber Ninjas couldn't prove fraud but they cast doubt. And they got paid. Obviously Minus is satisfied, given that "proof" can't be found regarding a "stolen" election that wasn't stolen. Unless said "proof" is manufactured, doubt is as good as it gets. And that's still pretty good, as their fake doubt justifies (in their minds) unnecessary restrictions that will result in some citizens being unable to vote. Or too much of a hassle for them to vote.

The Wall Street Journal, never seen as "in the tank" for libs or Democrats, had this to say about the Arizona audit/recount...

"Former President Trump claims Arizona’s ballot audit found 'massive fraud,' yet the new recount says he actually lost the state by 360 more votes than originally reported. He is now demanding an audit of the 2020 election in . . . Texas, which he won by nearly six points. When are Republicans going to quit playing this game?"

"On Friday Mr. Trump was set to Defcon 1, saying the audit found 'incomprehensible Fraud at an Election Changing level,' and demanding that Arizona 'immediately decertify their 2020 Presidential Election Results.' Is anyone surprised? This is what Mr. Trump does, regardless of the facts. Remember in 2016, when he said the results of the Iowa Caucus should be “nullified” based on “the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz ”?

Of course now the sock puppets will claim the WSJ has never favored conservatives and the GOP and those pointing out Trump's latest fraud lies are part of the "Deep State."

This chapter examines how critical thinking and a dual-process theory of thinking are related to endorsement of unsubstantiated knowledge claims. Rejecting unsubstantiated claims, such as psychological misconceptions and pseudoscience, is associated with being more inclined and better able to think critically. In dual-process theory terms, people who endorse more unsubstantiated claims tend to rely more on intuitive thinking and less on rational-analytic thinking. Helping people to resist making a rapid, intuitive response to unsubstantiated claims and instead to take a slower, more rational, critical thinking approach can help them reject such claims.

No matter how many times they are presented with facts and evidence, that trio of sock puppets will come up with some cockamamie theory to reject it.

The Mother Ship captain is moaning about the Trumpublicans not being taken seriously. Yeah. Well, when all they do is promote unproven claims of fraud in the 2020 election, that's what happens.

The Maricopa audit was supposed to show how Trump actually won Arizona but didn't because of fraud. That didn't happen; it actually showed Biden winning more votes and Trump losing more votes.

However, Thersites, JoeCon, Minus Eff Jay, and the entire crew over at the Mother Ship refuse to accept the outcome of what they said would be the ultimate proof of fraud.

How does one deal with people like that? You don't. They're incapable of allowing new information to dissuade them from their crazy conspiracy theories, which they hold onto because it's a sort of psychosis: "Symptoms of psychosis include delusions (false beliefs)"

They're all suffering from it. The best thing to do is ignore them. There's no reasoning with people suffering from delusions.

Because their delusions are resulting in moves toward the outright theft of elections. Their elected officials have already amped up suppression. And (if things don't go their way) terrorist acts are certainly a possibility. The terrorists already attacked the Capitol. More terrorism is surely being discussed/planned. Minus has warned that, next time they won't "larp" (more people are going to get killed).

    3. Joe, the president of the US declared a national emergency for the pandemic. Government, as it has done here for years in such cases, had to adapt, in many cases, on the fly.

Our courts in the past, and again, in 2020, approved many of these ad hoc changes as reasonable, given the risk of disease transmission.

Since few election districts have the space or money to provide sufficient polling locations and maintain safe distances between unvaccinated people, what were our options?

The courts, with judges appointed by Presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama and Trump, took in the evidence, arguments and made decisions all across the country, trying to balance the scales between existing law and a deadly, easily transmissible virus.

The result was record participation and the most secure election in US history according to the US Atty General, the Trump Admin, the Dept of Homeland Security, every single Secretary of State, every Governor and election officials across the land.

We're some process laws "set aside" to guarantee a safe exercise of our Constitutional right to vote? Yes. But the courts judged that the peoples right to safely vote during a deadly pandemic outweighed a need to follow the letter of the law. They judged that governments across the land had the competence to make sure those voting were indeed US citizens and had a right to vote.

And the evidence largely bears that out.

Again, many of us lefties ask, do any of you have evidence of widespread voter fraud?

Even you seem to have moved off of that unprovable charge, now leaning on mail fraud.

    4. Dave: "Even you seem to have moved off of that unprovable charge, now leaning on mail fraud."

And he'll continue to move the goal posts for evidence. It's what they do because they cannot accept the results of the election; therefore, in their skewered minds, it HAD to have been fraudulent in some way, somehow!

You've pointed out how the the Trump appointed AG, and judges, the secretaries of states and governors of red states have all testified that the election was one of the safest in modern times.

That does not satisfy JoeCon and his pals because it doesn't fit with their dogma. They'll never be convinced or satisfied, because they cannot change the way their brains work. It's a lost cause trying to get them to see evidence and facts.

They'd rather stick to their fantasies.

Utah’s long history with voting by mail shows fraud isn’t an issue

The Red State That Isn’t Worried About a Mail-In Election

Utah has thoroughly embraced voting by mail with no problems. Why can’t the rest of the country follow suit?

Utah is among a handful of states where Republican-majority legislatures have passed measures making it easier, not harder, to vote

It's interesting that Minus Eff Jay is all in a dither over California doing what red state Utah has been doing for years.

Why isn't Minus Eff Jay's hair on fire over Republican Utah having universal vote-by-mail?

Utah always votes Republican and has universal vote-by-mail. But you never hear Trumpy or Minus complaining about fraud in Utah. Why is that?

You can’t have that kind of ballot harvesting in the state of Georgia. So we have to look into this.

  22. A lesson:

The donkey told the tiger, "The grass is blue." The tiger replied, "No, the grass is green ." The discussion became heated, and the two decided to submit the issue to arbitration, so they approached the lion.

As they approached the lion on his throne, the donkey started screaming: ′′Your Highness, isn't it true that the grass is blue?" The lion replied: "If you believe it is true, the grass is blue." The donkey rushed forward and continued: ′′The tiger disagrees with me, contradicts me and annoys me. Please punish him."

The king then declared: ′′The tiger will be punished with 3 days of silence." The donkey jumped with joy and went on his way, content and repeating ′′The grass is blue, the grass is blue..."

The tiger asked the lion, "Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?" The lion replied, ′′You've known and seen the grass is green." The tiger asked, ′′So why do you punish me?" The lion replied, "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is degrading for a brave, intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with an ass, and on top of that, you came and bothered me with that question just to validate something you already knew was true!"

The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions.
Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand.

  24. This is for Derv, RN, and anyone else who's based in reality and not conspiracy fantasyland:

"Instead of finding a treasure trove of uncounted Trump ballots, as conspirators had predicted, the pointless review of two million ballots in Maricopa County found that President Joe Biden defeated Trump by slightly more votes than the official count. This, after his crew of misfits inspected ballots for traces of bamboo to determine if they were snuck into to the U.S. from Asia. It made sense that [Howard] Kurtz would cover the results. It also made sense that Fox viewers would hate him for it.

"A little sad that when the GOP-commissioned and Trump-ally-funded Arizona audit found Biden got 99 more votes, people attack me & the media," Kurtz tweeted Sunday afternoon, after being bombarded by right-wing criticism online. "Raising questions about possible errors & fraud is not the same as proving them, and was reported. This is our tribal politics today."

    [skip]

"If you watched Fox News over the last seven days you simply would not know there had been an Arizona ballot review, despite the fact Fox News covered the story on February 26, March 29, April 5, April 23, April 26, April 27, May 7, May 16, May 26, June 12, July 11, July 15, July 16, July 19, July 25, July 26, August 1, August 8, August 22, etc.

It’s true that Fox News got outflanked on the ‘audit’ story by far-far-right outlets such as OAN, which essentially co-sponsored the charade. But Fox made sure to give the proceedings plenty of positive coverage.

During Baier’s July 26 program, he set aside 10 minutes to dive into what he called a “a fair and balanced” look at the Arizona “audit.” One week earlier, when reporting on a statement Trump released about the ballot review, Baier noted, “He actually pointed to the reporting on this show on Friday.” On July 15, Sean Hannity told viewers that “shocking results” were being turned up in Arizona."

    1. While the audit did find that a hand-recount of all of the original ballots did widen Joe Biden's margin by several hundred votes, the press deliberately and steadfastly ignored and left unreported the most critical results of the draft audit. Included among those original ballots, the most comprehensive election audit ever conducted established the following:

More than 23,000 mail-in votes were cast under voter IDs from people who should not have received their ballots by mail because they had moved.
More than 10,000 voters cast ballots in more than one county.
More than 9,000 mail-in ballots were returned and counted than had been mailed out of registered voters.
Thousands of official results did not match those who voted, and thousands more were cast in-person in the name of those who had moved out of state.
Logs and data files related to the election had been deliberately erased from the Election Management System (EMS) server, in violation of the law.
Thousands of original ballots were duplicated more than once.
Auditors were never provided with the required chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots, causing increased ambiguity regarding the accuracy of the election results.
None of the various systems related to the election had numbers that would balance and agree with one another.
Maricopa County officials actively interfered with the audit, withheld subpoena items, and refused to answer questions that are normally standard in such audits.

    2. And yet in spite of all of those irregularities, the audit found no fraud, could produce not one double vote, noting. So the system worked.

      As it was designed.

No extra were found, no dead people voting, no unregistered people voting, nothing.

You guys are just mad because too many people voted and as Republicans have stated for years, "letting everyone vote will mean the GOP never wins elections."

  25. -FJ opined... "The "irregularities" WERE the FRAUD."

I wrote opinion because what you wrote is not fact. It's what you believe. Which of course is wrong.

Here's a couple of entries from the myriad of definitions of fraud we can find in dictionaries...

-wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
-a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
-Fraud is an intentionally deceptive action designed to provide the perpetrator with an unlawful gain or to deny a right to a victim.

The key concept here is intentionality. A voter making a mistake, or voting on another precinct, while an irregularity, cannot be considered fraud unless there was intent on the voter to defraud.

That intent is the same escape hatch conservatives used for the last 5 years to claim Trump and many extremists do not lie when they spout obviously inane and wrong theories. Since, the theory goes, they really believe what they are saying, they have no intent, thus to lie. A lie is a lie only when there is intent to deceive.

Applying that standard of intent makes your claim of irregularity being fraud wrong.

Now, before you get to the "That's your liberal viewpoint stuff" even the conservative Heritage Foundation agrees that intentionality must be present.

    No Intent = No Fraud

Now I get that for years conservatives like yourself have been frustrated by us lefties using the law to gain access to the ballot and equal rights for women, people of color and others, but as I am sure you would agree, we are a country of laws and whether we like them or not, the Constitution demands we follow those laws.

Or, in the words of Justices Thomas and Scalia, change those laws.
