Matt Gaetz To Retire From Congress And Rudy Giuliani To Retire From Whatever The F*ck It Is He Does (Podcaster?) To Take Unpaid Positions With The Department Of Corrections?

The following is my transcription of a conversation between Lefty talk radio (and FreeSpeechTV) host Stephanie Miller and former 30 year federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner.

Excerpted from the 5/18/2021 airing of the Stephanie Miller Show... Stephanie Miller: Do you agree with the banner that flew over the courthouse that said "tick tock Matt Gaetz"? Glenn Kirschner: Oh, yeah. Justice is coming for Matt Gaetz. No two ways about it. ... When he called underage sex trafficking "naughty favors", I wish that was a separately chargeable crime. Because that is obscene. They (Matt Gaetz and Joel Greenberg) were sex trafficking in children, which is made clear in the Greenberg plea agreement. There is going to be hell to pay for these men. Stephanie Miller: Glenn, you said a majority of the plea agreement contains "hard corroboration of the crimes of not only Joel Greenberg, but the crimes of others". Adding "the prosecution has laid out some really troubling crimes ... he pled guilty to conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States ... who can he implicate beyond Matt Gates? Stone, DeSantis? We'll know soon enough". What is your thinking on that? Glenn Kirschner: So, I've spent a lot of time with the 86 page plea agreement. 60 pages of it are receipts. Hard corroboration of what Greenberg did and what others did. Others who have not been named yet. It hasn't got a lot of attention, but the 6th charge, the charge of conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States ... the prosecutors know who all of the members of the conspiracy are. But they had to wait until Joel Greenberg pleaded guilty to indict those people. He was a huge domino to fall ... I'm telling you, he not only had to give up blockbuster information about bigger fish, but the prosecutors had to be satisfied that it was truthful and it was provable. So I'm telling you, hold on tight, because the justice we've all been waiting for is about to start coming. It really is. Stephanie Miller: *giggles*. Now let's talk about Rudy... now that I'm all excited. You've said "it will take time for the searches of Rudy's electronic devices to be completed and the materials to be reviewed by a special master filter team..." ... Now, is it as hilarious to you as it was to me that Rudy [is asking] "the judge to block any review of the siezed records while his lawyers determine whether there was a legitimate basis for the warrant ... [Rudy's lawyers] said it would have been more appropriate and less invasive to seek information though a subpoena, which unlike a warrant, would have given [Rudy] an opportunity to review the documents and respond. Justice Department policy recommends prosecutors use subpoenas when seeking information from laywers unless there is a concern about destruction of evidence". Which tells me they were concerned Rudy Guiliani was going to destroy the evidence. Right? Glenn Kirschner: Rudy made up all of these new legal standards and requirements before search warrants will issue. I urge people not to listen to the nonsense Rudy Giuliani is spouting. He's a man circling the drain and looking for something to grab on to. ... What makes me happiest right now is that he's looking for a lifeline from Donald Trump. And not just a financial lifeline (because we know Donald Trump stiffed him on his legal fees), but he's also looking for Trump to swoop in and say that all the stuff Rudy was doing in Ukraine, he was doing it for me. But Trump won't go there. Why? Because that would be Trump announcing that, by the way, I'm guilty as a co-conspirator of everything Rudy did in Ukraine. What's crazy is that he did it for Donald Trump, and now Trump won't vouch for it. Rudy is done. Stephanie Miller: Does he not get that Trump has thrown everyone under the bus ... the headline is "Rudy Giuliani is desperately begging Trump to help as feds close in -- and is being ignored". ... Do you think Giuliani is going to flip? It sounds to me like he isn't going to have any choice. Glenn Kirschner: Yeah. He is going to end up going the same way Michael Cohen ended up going. He put up a good fight for awhile before he started talking about Trump's crimes. Rudy is going to go the same way because, at the end of the day, Rudy is all about Rudy. Just as much as Trump is all about Trump.

LOL! Sounds like Gaetz is in bigly trouble and will likely end up behind bars. Perhaps for an extended period of time. According to the pro-Dotard blogger Minus FJ, "Gaetz has powerful enemies". Right. Himself and Joel Greenberg.

As for Rudy, he'll try to stay out of prison by flipping on the former failed president Dotard Donald. Hee hee. Certainly (if Rudy doesn't serve prison time) he will be disbarred. And he will avoid prison by spilling his guts re the crimes of Donald Trump (who will then be the one who ends up behind bars). Fingers crossed.

Which Video Better Disproves Or Proves Collusion?

Accoring to the pro-Dotard blogger, Minus FJ, the following video proves that the Dotard-Russian collusion "allegation" was part of an "organized conspiracy of hoaxes".

Wow, video of a meeting at the Kremlin in which Putin reluctantly confirms to his underlings (following the release of the Mueller report) that there was no collusion. As re-enacted by Saturday Night Live actors. Proof positive that collusion was a hoax, right?

This was, however, prior to the release of the bipartisan Senate intelligence committee report. In the video below former U.S. Army prosecutor Glenn Kirschner gives his thoughts on what the Senate found.

I ask you to please compare the "evidence" presented by Minus (an SNL skit) to my evidence and let me know which video you think disproves (or proves) collusion.

As per Mr. Kirschner, Paul Manafort (Dotard's campaign chairman), "the report indicates he was coordinating, colluding -- I would use the word "conspiring" -- with who? Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian intelligence officer. ... think about that. Donald Trump's campaign chairman was coordinating with a Russian intelligence officer. Providing confidential polling data ... to help Russia interfere in our elections".

According to the report Paul Manafort was a "grave intelligence threat". Kirschner says that, instead of Rick Gates, it was Kilimnik who was really the Dotard campaign's deputy campaign manager.

But it wasn't only Paul Manafort who, from within the Dotard campaign, conspired with Russian actors to tip the election in Dotard's favor. As per the report, the campaign coordinate and directed Roger Stone's efforts to weaponize the stolen (by Russia) Clinton campaign emails.

Kirschner points out that when Donald Trump answered questions concerning his conversations with Roger Stone about WikiLeaks, he said over and over that he recalled no conversations -- he was lying. Which means that Dotard committed a federal offense of making a false statement (and could be prosecuted under 18 U.S. Code § 1001.

The Senate Intelligence Committee found that "Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the Russian effort to hack computer networks and accounts affiliated with the Democratic Party and leak information damaging to Hillary Clinton and her campaign for president". emails that were then passed to WikiLeaks.

Intelligence and foreign policy analyst Malcolm Nance says (in his book, The Plot To Hack America) "WikiLeaks was now a wholly owned subsidiary of the FSB and essentially the cyber equivalent of a Laundromat, a Russian laundry -- ready to clean and give a white appearance to the dirt".

Collusion with Russia via WikiLeaks as coordinated by Roger Stone. The activities of Manafort and Stone alone prove there was collusion. Not to mention the many other contacts between other Dotard campaign officials and people associated with the Russian government. So, was collusion a "hoax". No, it most certainly happened.

But the SNL players, in reaction to the Bill Barr spin on the Mueller report, put together a skit that says there wasn't collusion! Putin himself (as protrayed by Beck Bennett) says (when asked by a lackey why Doard says such nice things about him) "I don't know, I think he just likes me".

Sure, Dotard liked Putin a lot. Because Putin helped him steal the 2016 election. There was no formal agreement (the high bar set by Bob Mueller) but (as per former CIA operations officer Evan McMullin) "Trump and his team were uniquely positioned to sound the alarm and halt the Russian attack, but instead they welcomed it".

ALso, the SNL skit concerns Dotard working directly for Russia. Which is probably correct. Dotard was likely never an FSB asset. At least not formally. Which didn't stop him from acting as if he was an actual Russian agent on many occasions. But you can make up your own mind. Collusion or no collusion. I say HELL yes. The evidence is overwhelming the claim of collusion being a "hoax" is absurd.

Joe Biden Will Be Our Next President Unless Dotard Steals It

Right now it's looking like Joe Biden will win the election. Unless Dotard manages (in the next 2 days) to stop the counting. From what I've heard, Post Office f*ckery may have resulted in the theft of Florida. Probably other states as well. Despite this, Biden will likely win enough of the states that are still counting to clinch the electoral college vote.

Yet Dotard has announced that he has won (as predicted). And he's still fund-raising, why? For money for lawyers to steal a win in the Supreme Court?

12 emails so far today, and ALL of them ask for money. (plus a 13th from Mike Pence asking for money received after I published this post).

What a scam. Except for the counting, the election is over. Yet Dotard is still asking his gullible rubes to give him money. Joe Biden will be our next president (90% chance). Dotard will try to steal it, but (as per Glenn Kirschner) his attempts will fail.

btw, by how large a margin Biden would have won if not for Dotard's f*ckery may never be known. But we do know for certain that it would be much larger than it is going to turn out to be "officially". Or we may know and but it will be too late. Due to the USPS not delivering mail-in ballots on time. Including (as per the Stephanie Miller Show) 27% of the ballots in south Florida (a state that has already been called for Dotard).

US Postal Service blows court-ordered deadline to check for missing ballots. About 300,000 can't be traced. Excerpt from a 11/3/2020 USA Today article by Dinah Voyles Pulver. The U.S. Postal Service blew a court-ordered deadline Tuesday to sweep mail-processing facilities in more than a dozen states for missing election ballots that could number in the hundreds of thousands. U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington ordered the sweep Tuesday morning after the Postal Service said its delivery performance had dropped over the past five days and could not say whether more than 300,000 ballots received in its facilities had been delivered. The sweep was to happen in 12 postal districts, including in battleground states Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. Sullivan gave the agency until 3:30 p.m. to finish the task. The Postal Service said in its update to Sullivan at 4:30 p.m. that it was unable to conduct the sweep because it would have "significantly" disrupted its Election Day activities.

The article goes on to quote Wendy Weiser, director of democracy at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School, who says "it would be illegal and unfair to disenfranchise them [people who mailed in their ballots], assuming they submitted their ballots reasonably and there was an obstruction by the Postal Service that led to the outcome".

Will this change any of the results? As in FL, likely no. Hopefully Biden will still win and those responsible (Louis DeJoy) will face serious consequences.
