It was during this same meeting with Jens Stoltenberg on 4/2/2019 that The Dotard railed against what he called the "oranges" of the Mueller report.
It seems Dotard knows he isn't using the right word, since he clarifies by adding "the beginnings". So why does he repeat "oranges" 3 times?

Perhaps we shouldn't be laughing at an old man with dementia. On the other hand his followers will dispute that the Orange Turd is not mentally all there. They will insist that Dotard is a GREAT leader and we should absolutely stick with him. Don't forget the supposed cognitive test that tRump "aced", proving there is no problem. Right. I believe that as much as I believe the tRump doc who said Dotard would be the healthiest president ever.
Turns out that was a lie. Harold Bornstein later admitted that he did not write the letter, but it was dictated to him by tRump. As if we did not already know that. tRump's health problems are being covered up. Just as the Mueller report is being covered up and whatever is in his tax returns is being covered up.

Dervish, my sister and my husband died from Alzheirmer's disease. I witnessed the beginning, middle, and end stages of the disease. My opinion is that Trump is suffering from early middle stage dementia, whether it's Alzheimer's is another question, but he's showing concrete signs of dementia, that's for sure.

Lest it’s lost on anyone by now, Donald Trump is not some Peter Drucker-style organisational guru. He doesn’t have a management “theory” at all, much less any coherent “hub and spokes model” deployed with purpose to achieve substantive policy goals…There were no hubs and spokes at the Trump Organization for most of its existence. There was just a hub. The White House is the same and anyone who wants to use consultant speak to parse Trumpian chaos, staff turnover and bumbling is (no doubt intentionally) kidding themselves.
The “hub” in the White House is a deeply disturbed individual who lashes out to lie, distract, and blame whenever he feels threatened. Between the findings in the Mueller report and other investigations that are still ongoing, Trump has never been more threatened by the consequences of his illegal and unethical activities than he is right now.
