This despite the fact that d0n0ld is inegible to be president. Given that he participated in insurrection against the United States. By instigating it. Meaning he is ineligible to hold the office.

There has been no vote held by Congress, thus, while the corrupt supreme court said d0n0ld could not be kept off any ballot, he cannot hold the office of the presidency. He will be illegitimate president. According to Jimmy Carter, d0n0ld was an illegitimate president the first time around. This time there can be no doubt that d0n0ld, as an insurrectionist, will be 100 percent illegitimate. He cannot Constitutionally take the oath of office.

Christianist Dominated SCOTUS OKs Unconstitutional Texas Taliban Stripping Bodily Autonomy From Women

Stolen elections have consequences! Radical Christianists appointed to the Supreme Court by the illegitimate orange turd (seditionist sore loser the American people rejected bigly) have allowed an unconstitutional law passed in Texas to go into effect.

Women of child-bearing age in Texas have had their bodily autonomy stripped by the Texas Heartbeat Act. "The act is a de facto ban on abortion in Texas" (with no exceptions for rape, incest, or fetal abnormalities). The Supreme Court refused to act despite the clear unconstitutionality of the law. "Since the law cannot be enforced by state officials, but only by private citizens, there is no precise party to sue in seeking a protective injunction".

"The Center for Reproductive Rights filed an emergency motion before the Supreme Court of the United States on 8/30/2021, seeking to block the Act. In a 5–4 vote, the Supreme Court denied the motion before the 9/1/2021, commencement date, and subsequently the Act came into force" (quoted text from Wikipedia).

The "American Taliban" are "in many ways similar to the Middle Eastern Islamists". In that the people who call themselves "pro-life" are actually pushing "fake family values [and] thinly veiled misogyny". This law is about controlling women. Control the Taliban in Afghanistan quickly reinstated when they regained power following President Joe Biden's courageous decision to end one of American's dumbest wars.

November 3rd Predictions

My November 3rd prediction is that Joe Biden will get the most votes. Also, unless Dotard manages to get a massive number of votes thrown out, Joe Biden will win in the electoral college and become President-elect Joe Biden.

Although we won't know that until after November 3rd. In the meantime, barring a Biden election night blowout, Dotard will make a play to stop the count on election night and (if he is ahead) prematurely declare himself the winner. Which is (I guess) how the Supreme Court will become involved.

Then (it is Dotard's hope) the Supremem Court will stop the count and appoint him president. Why Dotard (backed up by his pathetic boot-licking toady Ted Cruz) insisted that Amy be steated ASAP. As for what happens next, I do not know.

Three justices (Barrett, Kavanaugh, Roberts) -- all of them participants in the gwb vs acutal winner Al Gore debacle -- plus Neil Goresuch have signaled they are for disregarding the Will of The People, ending democracy and anointing Dotard.

Which means Dotard needs just one more of the Conservative justices to side with him against The People and democracy to steal a second term. And, given that Clarence Thomas already voted to award the presidency to gwb in 2001, he's a good bet. If Alito sides with Dotard, we could end up with all 6 conservative justices voting to end democracy.

Is this going to be what happens? I don't know. I'm only predicting that a majority of voters will select Joe Biden as their preference for president. And that, if all the ballots are counted, Joe Biden will also prevail in the electoral college. I'm not predicting that he will be inaugurated as our 46th president.

Minus FJ (a Dotard supporter and fan of autocracy) is predicting that the election will be decided by the Supreme Court and that the conservative justices will declare Dotard the "winner". aka Dotard's attempt to steal the election will be successful. Although his framing is that Dotard will successfully stop Sleepy Joe from stealing the election via millions of fradulent mail-in ballots. Despite a complete lack of evidence that ballots that arrive after the counting starts on November 3rd will be fradulent.

What A F*cking Idiot. Seriously

This post concerns the reports that predisent Dotard has contracted Covid. Given his reckless behavior, I'm surprised this didn't happen sooner. I am not going to send him my thoughts and prayers. Not genuinely and not sarcarstically. Thoughts and prayers have not lessened school shootings and they certainly will have no effect in regards to a moron who seemed determined to catch this virus. I really do not care if he lives or dies. Whatever happens, happens. Although the odds are that he will live. Either way, f*ck him. Joe Biden wished Dotard a speedy recover. I do not.

If I knew for sure that he'd be able to cheat his way to a second term, then I'd say I hope he dies. If I knew for certain that he'd be replaced by Joe Biden in November, but face no consequences for his life of crime, then I'd say I pray this f*cker dies. Gasping for breath and in pain. But my preference is that he faces justice after a decisive and humilitaing loss (electoral college blowout). And that he receives a long prison sentence and spends many years behind bars before expiring (and being swiftly transported to Hell).

But the fact is I don't know what's going to happen. And I don't believe me sending him bad juju will have any effect whatsoever. I'm sure there are tens of millions of people wishing harm befall this evil man daily. And yet (so far) things seem to keep going this way. The latest example being the death of RGB so close to the election, giving him a 3rd Supreme Court pick. When the number of Supreme Court justices he should have been able to select (from a list provided to him by the Federalist Society) is zero. Given that he was illegitimately "elected". And that his first pick was stolen by that SOB Mitch McConnell from Barack Obama.

I must say thank God that this idiot didn't pass the virus to Joe Biden (who has tested negative). Dotard was surely contagious when he showed up to the debate. And might have known he had been exposed at that time. According to what I've heard, it could have been at the announcement of Amy Barret as his SCOTUS pick that Dotard caught it. If Amy got it and died that would be a good thing, imo. Given the misery she is eager to inflict upon women, minorites and many others if she gets on the court. By imposing her religious views on the entire nation. And by granting more rights to the wealthy and corporations. Which is somehow not at odds with her Catholicism.

Seriously, these are horrid people. So I'm not going to pretend I wish them well. Dotard certainly doesn't give a crap about the American people. His downplaying of the virus and inaction for months after he was warned (and told Bob Woodward he was fully aware of how dangerous the virus is) absolutely has cost people their lives. He is a terrible, evil person. I have only sympathy for his tens of thousands of victims. Even the dummies who voted for him and still support him.

Except for the White Supremacists. I will never shed a single tear for evil people who receive the karmic justice they deserve. Not that I believe in karma. Dotard is 74 and it hasn't caught up with him. And it is possible it never will. In which case he should just die now. Perhaps on November 3rd. Then the effort to steal the election by getting mail-in votes tossed (as Dotard desires) won't be pursued, all the ballots will be counted, and Joe Biden will be announced as the winner.

Bloodthirsty Christian Conservatives Demand More Abortions (Via The Seating Of Amy Barrett)

To be clear, "Christian" Conservatives aren't demanding more abortions with their words. With their words they say they want fewer abortions. They say this will be accomplished by getting rid of a woman's right to chose and forcing women to carry their rapist's babies to term. Also women who accidently get pregnant and do not want to go through the expense and danger to their health of a pregnancy. These women should also be subjected to forced pregnancies too.

But with their actions? They are definitely demanding more abortions. Given the fact that countries with stricter abortion laws have higher abortion rates.

Religious nutters like Amy Barrett also oppose contaeception, a surefire route to drive up abortion rates. Amy Barret (as per Huffpost) opposed the "birth control mandate in the Affordable Care Act that requires most private health insurance plans to cover birth control without a copay".

If Amy Barret is seated the ACA could be struck down before the end of the year. Had Barrett been on the court the last time republicans tried to get rid of the ACA, "she would have voted with the other Republican-appointed justices and said Obamacare was unconstitutional" (as per the previously linked to Huffpost article). After that she will be part of the 6-3 Conservative majority that will overturn Roe V Wade.

"That will happen, automatically in my opinion", Dotard said back in 2016 as a candidate. He was talking about him appointing just one justice (the appointment stolen from Barack Obama). Now that he has appointed/will appoint 3 justices, the "automatic" overturning of Roe V Wade needs only a case. Which some conservative group will ceratinly seek to get in front of the court ASAP.

As per the pro-Dotard blogger, Minus FJ, after ACB is seated "Roe will be overturned ending America's 62+ million abortions nightmare". But Minus is wrong. The nightmare will begin if/when Roe is overturned. Given that abortion rates will likely increase. As per the study by the Guttmacher Institute.

Quote: "In countries that restrict abortion, the percentage of unintended pregnancies ending in abortion has increased during the past 30 years, from 36% in 1990–1994 to 50% in 2015–2019".

By the way, the US public continues to favor legal abortion and opposes overturning Roe. This is according to an August 2019 Pew poll that says "a majority of Americans (61%) continue to say that abortion should be legal in all (27%) or most (34%) cases [and that] a smaller share of the public (38%) says abortion should be illegal in all (12%) or most cases (26%)".

Yet another example of how the "tyranny of the majority" that Conservatives fear is bullshit. The truth is that Conservatives love imposing their minority views upon the rest of us. The question is just how far the majority can be pushed before they've decided they've had enough. Why, I think, if Joe Biden wins the election and is sworn in a president (and ACB is seated beforehand), he will have no choice but to expand the court.

In order to undo the injustice of imposing minority rule upon the American people. And in order to save women's lives and reduce abortions.

On The Verge Of Autocracy

Dotard fans like Minus FJ are thrilled, I'm sure. According to him Dotard is an "autocratic outsider". This he said, not as an insult, but as praise. While Minus is a fan of autocracy, most Dotard supporters would deny he is an autocrat. Or a wannbe autocrat. But if Dotard is able to steal a second term -- I definitely think he will go full autocrat.

Over time. But I think a second term would allow him to compelete the transition (or fundamental transformation). And then? Who knows? Michael Cohen says Dotard would try to hold on to power past the Constitutional limit of 2 terms. As per Dotard himself he would "negotiate" for more time in office.

This video explains why Dotard and Mitch will push for getting a judge seated ASAP. btw, turnout has been up under Dotard (how we got the blue wave), but will it be high enough to save Democracy? Everyone is on the edge of their seats. According to Thom Hartmann, in 2000 the republican controlled legislature in Florida was considering passing legislation to just give it's electors to gwb (and that Jeb Bush would have signed the bill). But then the SCOTUS ruled the way it did -- so they didn't.

The point is that a state legislature almost gave it's electors to the loser of the popular vote in it's state in 2000 (before the SCOTUS intervened) -- and this scenario could play out in several swing states this year. Meaning Dotard could very clearly lose, but "win" anyway. And, given that it's Constitutional, public outcry is the ONLY thing that might stop legislators in swing states from handing their electors to Dotard. Even if it is the will of the people that they go to Joe Biden. In which case America is screwed [end comment from RN's blog].


I got the "get rid of the ballots" image from the blog Progressive Eruptions (Shaw Kenawe). Dotard really said that we should "get rid" of the ballots. Throw out mail in ballots cast by people legally entitled to vote in response to bogus claims that they are fradulent.

He is trying to use the fact that many people want to vote by mail (in response to the ongoing pandemic) to steal the election. Another reason why he's been downplaying the danger the virus poses. A a result Democrats are more likely to vote by mail this year. Why it might appear as though Dotard has won on election night (before the mail in ballots are counted). Dotard will challange these ballots and try to get as many of them thrown out as he can. On MSNBC they are referring to the probablity that it might look like Dotard is winning on election night as a "red mirage".

Dotard will not commit to a peaceful transfer of power because he intends to fight to hang onto power no matter what the election results are. Unless (perhaps) the results overwhelmingly favor Joe Biden. And maybe not even then. Certainly (if that is the case) Dotard will complain loudly about how bigly fraud was committed by people who mailed in their ballots.

And he will attempt to push off certification by the states of their election results past December 14 (the safe harbor date). This is the date by which The 1887 Electoral Count Act requires that the states say who their electors will be. If it is unclear (in any particular state) who won -- maybe the state will pass a law that says who their electors will be. As I previously noted, Florida almost passed such legislation in 2000 to say (forget a recount), it's electors would go to George W bush.

Maybe some swing states (with republican legislatures and republican governors) will actually pass such legislation this year? That would "get rid of the ballots" (override the will of the people) and just give a state's electors to Dotard. And the majority Conservative Supreme Court might say, "yes, this is Constitutional". Clearly Dotard is signaling he believes this is what will happen. Then it's goodbye Democracy, hello Dotard -- America's first unelected autocrat.

If Dotard nominates a candidate (who will surely be anti-choice, anti-LGBT and pro-corporate) and that candidate is voted on and seated, we will have no choice but to expand the court.

Provided Joe Biden is our next president and Democrats retake the Senate (while holding the House). Which I think is entirely possible. Do the voters of the United States want to install a fascist? President Biden To Nominate New Supreme Court Justice After Being Sworn In

Following the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, I am positive Joe Biden and his team are mulling who President Biden will select to replace her. As per Ginsberg herself, a Clinton-appointed justice who was cherished by many (and hated by the right, many of whom prayed for her death), a replacement should not be appointed until after the next president has been sworn in.

Ginsburg: "My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed" (dictated in a statement to her granddaughter that was obtained by NPR).

Mitch McConnell, when explaining why he refused to consider a nominee by President Obama to replace Antonin Scalia, said, given the "nearness" of the election, the American people should decide.

President #46 Joe Biden says that it is his "hope and expectation" that Ginsburg will not be replaced quickly. Although it may not happen before the election, there is still plenty of time for the Senate to replace her in a lame duck session (after Dotard loses the election).

Which I surely expect them to try to do. And probably succeede in doing, G*ddamn it. Which isn't to say that Democrats should not do everything they can to stop Putin's puppet from selecting a THIRD justice (swinging the court HARD Right for a generation).

Mitch McConnell: The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president. (Feb 2016). Lindsey Graham: I want you to use my words against me. If there's a Republican president in 2016 and a vacancy occurs in the last year of the first term, you can say Lindsey Graham said let's let the next president, whoever it might be, make that nomination (March 2016 during Neil Gorsuch's confirmation hearings, and again in 2018 during Brett Kavanaugh's hearings).

GeeeZ Columbus Day (And SCOTUS) Stupidity

So, I navigated over to the trumper blog Geeez (by way of the sidebar of the trumper blog Who's Your Daddy) and noticed the following clueless post concerning "hate" and Columbus day.

Melania... Columbus Day... I am SICK of the HATE. Posted on October 8, 2018 by geeez2014 Now Melania is being insulted for what she wore in Africa, particularly the pith helmet, because "that's what colonialists wore". The truth is if it weren't for colonialists, Africa would be a bigger hell hole than it is now. India, too, by the way. I am getting so very tired of the constant hate, yet there's little we can do about it. That's all I have to say today... tired of the hate. Sorry for Kavanaugh and his family and the hate which will never stop toward them, sorry for teachers teaching American kids to hate Columbus by telling them they have to call today (Columbus Day), "INDIGENOUS PEOPLES DAY"... which began as a counter-celebration held on the same day as the U.S. federal holiday of Columbus Day, which honors European explorer Christopher Columbus, who represents "the violent history of the colonization in the Western Hemisphere" to many". MANY? WHO but Anti-Fa and BLM and LA RAZA? Who the heck CARES what they think? They say Columbus was a racist... was someone recording?

Was someone recording? YES, many people were recording. Via the written word. How does this idiot think we know that Columbus existed in the first place? I pointed this out with a comment, but after I clicked "publish", my comment went away and I got no confirmation. I'm guessing I was blocked. trumpers don't like having their echo chambers disrupted. Especially by anyone citing facts.

I included in my comment the following quote from Chris Columbus's own journal.

"They would make fine servants. ... With fifty men we could subjugate them all and make them do whatever we want. ... As soon as I arrived in the Indies, on the first Island which I found, I took some of the natives by force in order that they might learn..." (source).

And that is just what Columbus did. Enslave the occupants of the island of Hispaniola. As per Wikipedia "The 29,418 square mile island is divided between two separate, sovereign nations: the Spanish-speaking Dominican Republic... to the east, and French Creole-speaking Haiti... to the west".

When Columbus arrived on 12/25/1492, the island was inhabited by the "Taíno, one of the indigenous Arawak peoples". 2 million Tainos populated Hispaniola and Cuba, but warfare, harsh enslavement and diseases brought by the colonists wiped them out. Literally. The Taíno people "were considered extinct by the end of the century".

Bartolomé de las Casas, another individual (who was there) recorded what happened. American Heritage, an organization "dedicated to improving historical and civic literacy", says Barto is "without question the greatest single source of our knowledge" (re the history of Columbus in Hispaniola).

[Barto's] father went with Columbus on the second voyage in 1493 and was among the first colonists on the island of Haiti, which the Spaniards called La Isla Espanola (Spanish Island). Young Las Casas joined the colony in 1502 and for a time led the life of a landholder in this first Spanish settlement in the New World. But his sensitive mind and heart were sickened by the cruel oppression of the natives. He took the vows of the Dominican order and resolved to devote the rest of his life to their cause, a resolve he never relinquished until the end of his life, at ninety-two (Columbus and Genocide by Edward T. Stone. October 1975).

Additionally, (again, as per American Heritage) Barto "had become well acquainted with Diego, Columbus' legitimate son and his successor as Admiral of the Indies [who] placed all of Columbus' papers at his disposal, including a copy of the Journal of the First Voyage".

So... I think that explains quite well where a majority of the information we possess today regarding Columbus comes from and who recorded it for posterity. "They say Columbus was a racist" Geeez writes. Geeeze obviously thinks "they" are full of shit. But "they" are not Anti-Fa, BLM and LA RAZA. "They" are historians who read about the atrocities committed by Columbus via his own journals. As well as the writings of Barto.

Spanish historian and Catholic priest Bartolome de las Casas, who witnessed much of the carnage, said Columbus ordered his men "to cut off the legs of children who ran from them (in order) to test the sharpness of their blades". Once, when a couple of them "met two Indian boys ... each carrying a parrot, they took the parrots and for fun beheaded the boys". ... In addition, people were "eaten (alive) [when] 20 hunting dogs ... were turned loose and immediately tore the Indians apart". If his crew began running out of meat for their vicious dogs, "Arawak babies were killed for dog food". (Celebrating a man who raped and tortured his way into history by Michael Coard, 10/8/2012).

To treat the Taíno as though they were less than human? I think that definitely makes Columbus a racist. As well as an thoroughly evil man. You can see why the Right objects to the truth being told about him. He was a White guy who brought civilization to the new world. A hero that should be revered.

But it wasn't just the new world that the White man can be credited with "improving". Geeez says "if it weren't for colonialists, Africa would be a bigger hell hole than it is now". And "India too". A safe thing to assert, since we have no way of knowing how things would have worked out if the White man hadn't showed up and enslaved and/or killed most of the natives they encountered. Better, perhaps?

As for being "sick of the hate"... tRump, unlike Obama, has EARNED the hatred. When you hate you should respect love in return? Obama (in 2007) said "I don't want to pit Red America against Blue America, I want to be the President of the United States of America". With tRump, that was the entire game plan from the beginning (pander exclusively to the base).

Case in point is tRump's nomination of Brett Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court and him being rammed through by the GOP-controlled Congress. Whereas when Obama nominated the centrist jurist Merrick Garland (because Orrin Hatch said there was "no question" the GOP controlled Senate would confirm him), Mitch McConnell refused to hold a hearing.

Yet, not only did Mitch tell Barack "you will not fill this Supreme Court vacancy", he describes it as "one of his proudest moments". What an asshole. This kind of bullshit is supposed to make the other side NOT hate you?

In regards to that, I say (in agreement with Joe Conservative) #getbent. Especially when your side (as urged on by the Orange Turd) attempts to paint Christine Blasey Ford as a paid liar (or a #lyingwhore). Because supporters set up a GoFundMe to pay her security costs (without her consent). And where is the proof that this money was deposited into her bank account?

Now they are celebrating and laughing while also whining about how the "damage is immense" to poor Brett's life and career. For which they vow revenge. "What goes around comes around" according to Brett's own opening Senate hearing statement. During which the partisan hack pointed a finger at the "Clintons". A statement designed to convince us that he will be an impartial and fair jurist... NOT.

Soon Brett will be ruling on cases in which a 5-4 SCOTUS majority will be taking away rights. Minus, in a comment punctuated with a smiley face, says "Goodbye Roe. Goodbye Lawrence". These would be the cases that affirmed a women's right to privacy (re their health decisions and bodily autonomy) and struck down anti-sodomy laws. (Roe v. Wade and Lawrence v. Texas).

So here we have a trumper salivating over the prospect of taking away rights; and don't forget that tRump himself said Roe being overturned would "happen automatically". That a minority is hard at work trying to force the rest of us to live by their rules as defined by their religion is not going to earn you anything BUT anger and hate (their religion being Pseudo Christianity).

Although, that trumpers are "sick of the hate", is not something I'm buying. At least not in regards to all of them. Not the ones who are happy that they get to gloat and drink "libtard tears". Those people are probably mad that we dare fight back. They love it that tRump is imposing their will upon us, but think we shouldn't do anything but cry in response.

If you EMBRACE being called "deplorable", why shouldn't we (the majority of us who realize how terrible tRump is) hate you? Is that NOT an appropriate reaction when a deplorable tells you how much joy they derive from your pain?

WYD trumpers Predictably Attack Brett Kavanaugh Accuser, Christine Blasey Ford

"Let her say what she has to say. And let's see how it all comes out. But they've delayed it a week, and they have to get on with it" is what the predisent said in response to prompting from Sean Hannity. "You've been very accommodating" the ass-kissing toady said, agreeing with the Orange-skinned misogynist.

What Hannity and tRump were talking about was the accusations of attempted rape against SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh. That this nominee be rushed though the process is what the Right is stressing. Also the fact that Dr. Ford can't remember specific details. That is the tact Lisa of the trumper blog Who's Your Daddy employs. By posting comments she attributes to "Ken Sisco", whoever that is (I did a Google search on "selective memory has it's advantages" and "Ken Sisco" and got nothing).

SELECTIVE MEMORY HAS ITS ADVANTAGES. If Dr. Ford could remember a specific date or year, Judge Kavanaugh might be able to show that he was nowhere near the incident described. When the fraudulent accusations were made in the Duke Lacrosse debacle, one of the three men accused, proved by a video that when the incident occurred, he was at an ATM machine a mile away. First, to address the "selective memory" bit. The author is clearly implying he believes Dr. Ford is lying. However, that details of traumatic events like sexual assault can't remembered extraneous details is actually very common.

Jodi J. De Luca PhD, explains [that] "When a person is faced with a dangerous or threatening situation, their attention becomes narrowly focused on the danger at hand". ... So when survivors can't remember every aspect of the trauma later, that isn't the result of negligence or absent-mindedness—instead, certain aspects of the trauma simply weren't encoded into the survivor's memory because they were experiencing real and present danger. "This can help explain why a survivor may recall vividly certain details of the trauma while being unable to recall other details of the event"... As for what happened in the Duke Lacrosse case, Dr. Ford's accusations are not comparable. Crystal Gail Mangum, the accuser in that case, lied. Her story fell apart and those she accused were cleared of any wrongdoing. Christine Blasey Ford is telling the truth. The different name that could be subbed into this story is Anita Hill. Professor Anita Hill's story has never been disproven.

Another corollary between Ford and Hill is the coordinated Right-wing character assassination. Anita Hill was painted as "a little bit slutty, a little bit nutty". In regards to Ford, The Republican senator from Utah, Orrin Hatch, says she is "mixed up". Also "if that were true [the accusations], I think it would be hard for Senators not to consider who he is today". Nice. She's making it up. Although, if she isn't, it doesn't matter.

Clearly the plan is to steamroll Dr. Ford if she shows up. They want to keep this a "he said, she said" so it's Kavanaugh's word versus Dr. Ford's word. She's lying or mixed up. It doesn't matter anyway because it was so long ago. Also, they don't want the FBI to investigate because it would be pointless.

Liberal Hunter: Okay, so let's have an FBI investigation to satisfy The Accuser... Where did this take place? I don't know. What day was this? I don't know. What month did this take place? I don't know. What year did this take place? I don't know. Okay genius, now tell me WTF are the FBI supposed to investigate? (9/20/2018 at 11:29am). Excerpted from a WYD comment.

Obviously this moron "Liberal Hunter" thinks the FBI would start the investigation, find that Dr. Ford couldn't remember certain details, then determine there was nothing for them to go on and therefore they couldn't proceed. Except they could find other people who had been there (by looking at student enrollment records) and question them. And likely find (via exhaustive legwork) at least a few other people who had been at the party and could remember those details.

Just because "Liberal Hunter" is too stupid to figure out how the FBI would proceed doesn't mean the FBI wouldn't be able to find other people to corroborate Dr. Ford's story. Or to not corroborate if (in the highly unlikely event) Kavanaugh is innocent and Dr. Ford is "mixed up" or lying.

They don't want the FBI to investigate for a reason. By "they" I mean the Orange Turd and all the Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee. As well as the subservient ass-kissing state media (Fox, etc) and (taking their cues from these sources) the brainwashed zombie Orange Turd cultists. People like the trumpers who comment on WYD.

The reason they don't want an investigation is because "only 2-8% of rapes are falsely reported, the same percentage as for other felonies". Their intention is to push through Brett Kavanaugh and get him on the Supreme Court, facts be damned! Brett needs to get to work ASAP protecting the wealthy and corporations. As well as taking away rights from minorities and women. Because imposing the will of a minority is more important than one woman getting sexually assaulted (that minority being pseudo Christian evilvangelicals and Ayn Rand types who believe the US should be ruled by an aristocracy).

"Ruth Bader Ginsburg came out that she was groped by Abraham Lincoln" Rep Ralph Norman (SC 5th district) joked recently. It's funny because RBG is an ugly old hag who should hurry up and die. That women are a threat to legitimate male power (as per FrancoThinke) is a "fact" that even Right-wing women (such as Lisa) agree with. The problem is feminazis and absolutely not toxic masculinity.

If Hillary Clinton had won the election and been inaugurated (she won but was not inaugurated) and President HRC nominated a man for the Supreme Court who was accused of sexual assault? You KNOW Republican hypocrites would absolutely believe the accuser and DEMAND an FBI investigation and hearings that were more than political theater.

Scratch that. The actual suggested course of action of Republicans prior to the election was that, if Hillary Clinton should win, they would deline to hold hearings to replace Antonin Scalia for HRC's ENTIRE 4 year term!
