4/24/2023. A former Trump supporter who participated in J6 is now the target of a far-right conspiracy theory. Bill Whitaker reports. 60 Minutes. |
The blogger -FJ aka Minus recently asked, "Where's Ray Epps today?"
Why did he ask this? I don't know. But I very seriously doubt the reason is that he no longer believes Ray was a federal agent that infiltrated the J6 "protests" and encouraged "protestors" to enter the Capitol.
Imagine, if it wasn't for "federal agent" Ray Epps (and other federal agents in the crowd), the trashing of the Capitol by the J6 insurrectionists never would have happened. It was a case of entrapment. Yet another reason king donald's use of his kingly power of pardoning (no matter the crime) was totally justified.
He needed to free the patriots unjustly persecuted by the Biden Administration.
Among those who were persecuted? It turns out that Ray Epps was innocent of the allegations against him. Or that is what Turd-2 obviously decided, given that, "on January 20, 2025, the first day of the second presidency of Donald Trump, Epps was pardoned along with more than 1,500 others who received pardons or commutations regarding the events of January 6th".
Super convincing evidence that Turd-2 considered Ray Epps a "January 6 patriot" and NOT a "federal agent and egged on the violence to paint supporters of former President Trump in a negative light". king donald could have been excluded Ray from the pardon, but did not.
Copilot...
๐ง If Ray Epps were a federal agent, as the conspiracy theory claims, then: He would have been acting on behalf of the government, not as a rogue protester. The Trump administration -- especially in its second term -- would likely have had access to intelligence or internal reports confirming that status. If Trump believed Epps was a government provocateur who helped entrap his supporters, excluding him from the mass pardon would’ve been a symbolic and strategic move. But instead, Epps was included in the blanket clemency issued on January 20, 2025, which covered nearly 1,600 individuals involved in the January 6 events. That clemency was framed as a gesture of “national reconciliation,” and while most received full pardons, a few high-profile figures had their sentences commuted1. ๐ What does this imply? It strongly suggests that Trump did not believe Epps was a federal agent, or at least didn’t have credible evidence to support that theory. The Justice Department itself has stated unequivocally that Epps was not a federal agent or informant, and had no ties to law enforcement beyond his service in the Marines decades ago. Epps was charged, pleaded guilty, and sentenced to probation for disorderly conduct -- not protected or shielded by any government entity3. So yes, your logic holds: if Trump truly believed Epps was a federal provocateur, it would’ve been politically advantageous to exclude him from the pardon. The fact that he wasn’t excluded undermines the conspiracy theory and supports the conclusion that Epps was simply another misguided participant -- albeit one who became a lightning rod for misinformation. |
What does this prove? That many trumper tinfoil hat conspiracy theories are very dumb and easily disproved. At least in this case. And many more. Like the conspiracy theory that said Turd-2 would release the Epstein client list and that Democrats would be implicated and go to prison. But now there is no client list at all. It never existed at all.
What does this mean? I say it means that the client list, which Pam said was on her desk, implicates donald trump. Could there be names of Democrats on the list? Possibly. But it is for certain that the name "Donald John Trump" is on the list. Otherwise it would still exist and be released.
Think I'm wrong? Then what's your theory? Or, what I'd really like to know is what is the theory of donald trump supporters who continue to think their hero is awesome and definitely not on the client list. While every single Democrat they hate is for sure on the list.
Yet, for some secret reason, Pam, Kash and Dan are all saying the client list doesn't exist. Why would they do this? According to a trump supporter who is a complete idiot, Pam, Kash and Dan are still on the case and will be taking down many prominent Democrats soon @@

7/13/2025. Donald Trump drains the swamp in a 1930s musical spectacular. Mr. Newberger's AI Funnies. |
As per Minus, Mr. Newberger is a simp. As opposed to someone using humor to reveal the truth. Which is that there is a coverup and it has been approved by trump and carried out by his minions.
Of course there is a coverup. Create a false narative and then begin to inculcate folks with the lie (conspiracy) until it is accepted as truth by the gullible. And MAGA is replete with the gullible abd uneducated. And the Orange FOTUS love the uneducated and gullible. He even admitted it. In the public square.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. Ray Epps ISN'T a "government agent". He was always telling the truth about that. He's a PAID Confidential Informant. BIG Difference. He's "plausible deniable".
ReplyDeletebtw - Why was Ray Epps taken off the FBI's "Most Wanted" list shortly after J6? Sounds like they once thought his actions slightly more serious...
DeleteThe question is why did donald trump pardon him. You have an answer/theory or not? donald forgot to ask Kash? Kash forgot to tell donald?
DeleteOr was it because Kash told donald that Ray was NOT a confidential informant?
Shouldn't he know? Seems he also didn't tell donald that Hunter is a CI @@
Because it was a blanket pardon. Do you know what a blanket pardon is?
DeleteCopilot: If Epps were truly a government informant sent to entrap Trump supporters, as the theory claims, then Donald Trump -- who has repeatedly framed January 6 defendants as “patriots” and “hostages” -- would logically have excluded Epps from any pardon. Instead, Trump chose to pardon him as part of a sweeping clemency order issued on January 20, 2025, covering over 1,500 individuals involved in the Capitol riot.
DeleteThis decision was entirely at Trump’s discretion. Presidential pardons are not automatic, and even so-called “blanket pardons” are crafted by the president and his legal team. Trump could have excluded Epps if he believed Epps was acting on behalf of the FBI or had betrayed his supporters. But he didn’t. [end]
Your reply is lame-o bullshit. Unless you are a Mystere-level moron, you know your answer is bullshit.
Plausible Deniability. Nixon's favorite words. Apparently tRump's as well.
ReplyDeleteNow John Brennan's. :)
DeleteMinus: Now John Brennan's...
DeleteIn the context of Ray Epps's pardon and not releasing the Epstein files? Somehow John Brennan is responsible for both of these decisions? HOW?
John Brenan, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama destroyed the original Epstein client list and then created a fake one? That's the weak sauce you're going with? Because that's the bullplop donald trump's mentally ill brain came up with?
DeleteCopilot: there are robust systems and protocols in place that make it extremely difficult to destroy or tamper with important evidence held by the FBI.
๐งฐ Evidence Preservation Systems.
The FBI follows strict chain-of-custody procedures, ensuring every piece of evidence is tracked from collection to storage to analysis.
Physical evidence is stored in secure, access-controlled facilities, often with surveillance and tamper-evident packaging.
Digital evidence is governed by specialized protocols outlined in the FBI’s Digital Evidence Policy Guide, which includes encryption, access logs, and redundancy to prevent loss or manipulation.
๐งช Forensic Safeguards.
The FBI Laboratory Division uses standardized methods for packaging, labeling, and shipping evidence to prevent contamination or loss.
Evidence is often duplicated or backed up -- especially digital files -- so even if one copy is compromised, others remain intact.
๐ก️ Oversight and Accountability.
Internal audits and external reviews help ensure compliance with preservation standards.
Many records are subject to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and National Archives retention rules, making unauthorized destruction a serious federal offense.
So while no system is absolutely foolproof, the FBI’s infrastructure is designed to make intentional destruction or fabrication of key evidence extremely difficult and traceable. If someone were to attempt it, there would likely be a trail -- and consequences. [end]
What this shows is that you're willing to accept ANY excuse that doesn't implicate donald trump, when he is clearly eyeballs deep in the Jeff Epstein scandal. If he isn't on the client list, he should release it. Though you might think he has people examining the files forensically who will get to the truth and expose Democrats and Never trumpers, all who will ultimately be prosecuted and sent to prison.
I have no doubt that is what the low IQ moron Mystere believes. I'd be surprised if he doesn't believe that, at least. though, if necessary, he will accept a lie that the "real" client list is unrecoverable due to the machinations of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John Brennan.
Because donald trump supporters are dumb and gullible. Also willing to believe any and all lies told to them by their cult leader.
What did Nixon have to do with anything?
DeleteI hope Brennan and Obama have good lawyers... cuz lawfare's a 2-way street now.
DeleteRichard Nixon is now the 2nd most corrupt president in US history. donald trump blew his record out of the water. He is easily at least 100 times more corrupt than Nixon. I think you're proud of that fact.
DeleteWhy yes Dervish, I think you're right. He is very proud of that fact.
DeleteWilling to believe anything because their Christian Nationalist god told them the Orange FOTUS was honest and was the prosperity God's choice?
