Corrupt scotus Judges -- When The Predisent Does It, It Is Not Illegal

Yesterday was an extremely dark day in scotus history. In their decision re Trump v. United States the court declared the American president to be a king. Although, they did so to help donald tRump, not Joe Biden.

Message from our fantastic President Joe Biden in regards to the fascist decision from the corrupt supreme court yesterday (July 1, 2024). Joe Biden: This nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings in America. That each of us is equal before the law. That no one is above the law. Not even the President of the United States. Today's decision by the Supreme Court removes virtually all limits on what the president can do. It's a dangerous precedent. I know I will respect the limits of the presidential powers, but any president -- including Donald Trump -- will now be free to ignore the law. I concur with Justice Sotomayor's dissent today. She said: "In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law… with fear for our democracy, I dissent".

As per Chris Lavoie (on the Stephanie Miller Show, 7/8/2024), "Biden needs to get to work criming. ... this frees Biden up to do a lot of stuff".

Except Joe Biden has integrity. Meaning he will do nothing and donald tRump will be elected America's first dictator. Although JRB could. And I think he should. Like (as suggested by some) order Merrick Garland to arrest all republiturd congresspersons and ex-tRump administration persons who were involved in the insurrection.

One is actually sent in by one of our members ... So [this member] wrote in, "it's not just official acts, it's anything the president claims they did as part of their job. We can't even question it. We just have to take their word that they thought it was an official act. Quote from the ruling... In dividing official from unofficial conduct, courts may not inquire into the president's motives. Well, if you can't inquire into the president's motives or any reason why he did it -- how do you know if it's an official or unofficial act (9:33 to 10:12). Here let me read you another quote from the ruling -- which is just over the top, okay. So this is in regards to what they are allowed to do -- uh, not allowed to do. Quote from Roberts... Trump is absolutely immune from prosecution for the alleged conduct involving his discussions with with Justice Department officials. So, absolutely immune for what he discusses with the justice department in relation to the certification of the election. (10:13 to 10:37). Okay. Well, if that's the case we can't even inquire into what it is that he asked the justice department. But wait a minute -- if he asked the justice department, "hey, are you guys sure that we lost?" That's perfectly fine. That's within -- arguably within his official duties. And if you told me that's all Trump did, I'd be like, "oh, not guilty". That's the most normal thing in the world, right? But what if he tells his Justice Department, "I don't care if I won or lost -- go find me some votes". (10:38 to 11:04). That is arguably what he did. But you'd have to adjudicate that. But you can't adjudicate it anymore. Because they said you're not even allowed to look into it. Quote "absolute immunity". But what if he said to the justice department, "hey, you know what? I lost, but if we do a fake prosecution of Joe Biden -- it'll seem like I won and I we'll be able to put him in prison. And then I'll just retain power". ...You're not even allowed to ask about it. Well, then you can order the justice department to do anything. (11:05 to 11:25).

This is a democracy ending decision. It is guaranteed that a future president will abuse this power. And will be not be able to be held to account. If donald tRump gets back into office American democracy will end a lot sooner. This ruling by the corrupt scotus Turds is even worse than what the experts were expecting.

Minus FJ (Pro-tRump And Pro-Putin Blogger) Roots Against Ukraine, Claims Ukraine Provoked Russian Invasion

In a recent post on his "Farmer's Letters" blog, the pro-Putin blogger Minus FJ claims Complete Neo-Liberal Capture has been achieved in regards to the Democratic Party. Because every House Democrat voted to send military aid to Ukraine.

"The anti-war Left is dead" YouTuber Tim Pool sez. Minus FJ's post is just Tim's video, posted without commentary. Excepting the title, which clearly indicates agreement with Tim's bullplop.


Thomas Massie, Marjorie Taylor Green, Lauren Boebert, Jim Jordan, Madison Cawthorne, Clay Higgins, John Rose, Ronny Jackson, and Pete Sessions are praised by TimCast and crew for siding with Putin.
AOC and the rest of the Squad are condemned for abandoning their anti-war stance. The pro-tRump fake Lefty Glenn Greenwald denounces the Squad as well. We should be allowing Putin to slaughter Ukranian citizens and steal their land.

AOC was always pro-war. She lied when she claimed to be opposed to the republican "war on terror". Now, because the media narrative has swayed public opinion in favor of supporting Ukraine, AOC says (to herself) "Yeah! I can vote to fund the war machine now. As I have always wanted to do". But before she couldn't. Because she got into office lying to her voters.

That's what the moron TimCast asserts. And Glenn Greenwald. Because they love Putin and want to see the Ukraine people slaughtered. As does Minus FJ.


Minus FJ's comment is Putin propaganda ("Joe Conservative" is a Minus FJ's sockpuppet). The Donbas is located in Ukraine. Ukraine was shelling Russian separatists (Ukranian citizens) trained and funded by Russia (who additionally sent some Russian citizens to help out).

Ukraine does not have the right to defend itself against terrorists? The Ukranian government defending it's territorial integrity is a "provocation"?

Territorial integrity is the principle under international law that gives the right to sovereign states to defend their borders and all territory in them of another state. It is enshrined in Article 2(4) of the UN Charter and has been recognized as customary international law. Conversely it states that imposition by force of a border change is an act of aggression. Ukraine does not need to be a member of NATO to claim the right to defend it's borders. Ukraine has this right under international law. Surely these pro-Putin trumpturds would feel differently if a Hispanic militia in Texas (trained and funded by Mexico) committed terrorist acts and demanded separation from the United States (in order to form their own country).

The Squad is still anti-war. Why they voted in favor of sending military aid to Ukraine. So Ukranians can fight back against the invaders who are comitting war crimes by killing their citizens and trying to steal their territory, which is a clear violation of international law. Supporting international law does not make someone a neo-liberal.

Below is a YouTube Minus posted to his blog yesterday. In the video fake Lefty Jimmy Dore (who was kicked out of the Young Turks) lies about the Ukranian aid package, praises trumpturd Rand Paul and shits on Bernie Sanders and the Squad (Dore reviously claimed to support Bernie Sanders presidential run. I say this was an attempt to split the Democratic vote and get tRump elected).


Dore equates the illegal (and stupid) war in Afghanistan with the war in Ukraine. Rand Paul is a Putin puppet. As is Jimmy Dore. Why Minus likes them. Rand Paul calls the Steele Dossier "government disinformation" and asserts that this is a Lefty position. Bullsh!t.

Also bullsh!t? Minus FJ's claim that he cares about the Ukranian people being slaughtered. On 4/18/2022 he wrote, "I agree 100% that the Ukrainian people are fellow human beings who don't deserve to be slaughtered". Then on 5/16/2022 he wrote "...F*CK Ukraine!".

Why the change of heart? Becuase Ukraine isn't surrending as he predicted. The first comment is from a post he titled "What will the Media Say when Ukraine Surrenders?". Now that it looks like Ukraine could win (and is being armed by the US) his sympathy evaporates. How dare Ukranians stand up to Putin and fight for their country?

Crack Addict's "Absolute Proof" Is Not Intended To Be Taken Or Interpreted By The Viewer As Established Fact

The admitted former (?) crack addict Mike Lindell paid One America News (OAN) to air a 3 hour fakeumentary he titled "Absolute Proof". Before the fakeumentary aired a "disclaimer" (with voiceover) indicated that everything the viewer was about to see is total bullshit.

I don't think this disclaimer is going to prevent Dominion from suing OAN. In fact, I think them airing Mike's crack-induced delusions makes it much more likely that they get sued.

A Dominion spokesperson said in a statement to Forbes that Lindell's film is a "repackaging of lies which have been repeatedly debunked" and the company will continue to seek retribution for the allegedly defamatory statements in court. Dominion's attorney Thomas Clare told legal outlet Law & Crime that the disclaimer on Lindell's film would not help OAN avoid legal action from the voting company. "Nice try by OAN, but it definitely does not relieve them of liability", Clare said, saying the company "warned them specifically" not to air the film and they decided to "broadcast it anyway". Does Mike Lindell have brain damage that causes him to suffer from auditory hallucinations, paranoia and psychosis? One thing we can be sure of is that Lindell's "absolute proof" (which the pro-Dotard blogger Minus FJ says he watched when it aired on OAN) is absolute bullshit.

Mike thinks he was punished for supporting Dotard. I say he's punishing himself more. If he was a former "crack addict to millionaire" success story (and that was the end of the story) I'd say "good for him". Instead he tried to convince Dotard to declare martial law and continues to promote baseless conspiracy theories about how Joe Biden cheated to win (running against the worst president in American history).

Yes, Dotard ran on bringing manufacturing jobs back to America and Lindell employs Americans to make his pillows right here in America. I can see why Mike supported Dotard. But WAKE UP, Dotard lied. He lied about bringing back US manufacturing jobs and he lied about the election being stolen (telling tens of thousands of other lies in between). :(

Predisent Dotard Approves Of The Extrajudicial Executions Of Leftists Who Defend Themselves & Disapproves Of The Arrest Of Magaturds Who Murder Peaceful Protestors

Apparently if you're a Dotard fan that gives you a license to murder. As long as you claim "self defense", you should be freed immediately. Forget about a trial. The hastag is #FreeKyle, not #AcquitKyle. So, while predisent Dotard defended Kyle Rittenhouse, when a police hit-squad took out Michael Reinoehl (opening fire after not identifying themselves or trying to take him into custody), the predisent said it was "retribution".

Michael Reinoehl was wanted in connection with the shooting of a "counter-protestor" -- an individual who belonged to the "Patriot Prayer" pro-Dotard group whom Reinhold says he shot in self defense. I can't say I know one way or the other if his claim of self defense was accurate. I do believe he deserved his day in court. But, unlike Kyle Rittenhouse, he won't get it :(

According to the UK Daily Mail (as per a witness) "Reinoehl was not obviously armed with a firearm and was eating candy when the officers opened fire without warning". The witness also stated that the "cops did not identify themselves or try to arrest the suspect".

"Coroners ruled Reinoehl's death a homicide... An autopsy revealed he died from multiple shots to his head and torso". Will any of the shooters be held accountable? I doubt it. Meanwhile the pro-Dotard blogger Minus FJ says (about Kyle) "Too bad that not a jury in the world would ever convict him". Maybe, maybe not. He isn't a police officer. Therefore he does not have a license to kill.

A license to kill being the claim of seeing a gun. Or the claim of believing the suspect was going for a gun. Even if the "gun" turns out to be a cell phone. Or the "going for a gun" is BS. That, or they can claim the suspect was "resisting arrest". So they had to proceed "by the book" and put the suspect in a choke hold (Eric Garner) -- or put their knee on their neck (George Floyd) and snuff the life out of them.

Maybe, if Kyle is convicted, predisent Dotard can pardon him. If he is still in office. I doubt Kyle's trial will begin before the election. So, (God willing) it will be Dotard who will be facing charges in 2021. And he will no longer have the ability to issue pardons. Not that I belive he gives a crap about Kyle. I'm sure he only said he agreed with Kyle's claim of self defense because he knew his supporters would appreciate it. Just as they likely appreciate that Dotard approved of the extrajudicial execution of Michael Reinoehl.

By the way, I don't know for certain that the people Kyle shot were peaceful protestors. Hopefully the facts will come out during the trial. And, if Kyle is guilty (which, it looks to me like he is) he will not get off (like the murderer George Zimmerman).

She said, "I've spoken with two senior US officials who were on the trip to France, and they confirmed to me key details in the Atlantic article and the quotes attributed to the president". That is Fox News confirming that, yes, the president called fallen soldiers suckers and losers. The Fox News correspondent continues -- "The president said about American veterans, what's in it for them? They don't make any money". ... if you're a veteran and you supported this guy -- he thinks you're an idiot. You did it for patriotism? Then you died or were captured? You're a sucker. That's what he thinks of you.

The daddy of Cadet Bone Spurs got a doctor he knew to write a fake diagnosis to keep him out of the Vietnam war thinks our soldiers (beloved by the Right because they "protect our freedoms" by killing Muslims) are losers. And this he says as the "Commander in Cheese" (according to the departing Kellyanne Conaway) :P

Remember when Dotard got in a feud with the Gold-Star father Khizr Khan, "whose son Capt. Humayun Khan was killed during the Iraq War in 2004? Even if Dotard was convinced he was right, that is something a CIC just should NOT do :(

Also remember that Dotard couldn't remember the name of a fallen soldier when he made an obligatory call to his widow. Dotard callously remarked to the wife of La David Johnson that her husband "knew what he was getting into".

Dotard also called John McCain a loser (in the context of McCain losing to Barack Obama), but he also says McCain is only a war hero because he was captured. But Dotard doesn't think much about that because he likes people who weren't captured :(

Don't forget that Dotard has basically ignored, downplayed and lied about Russian bounties paid to Afghan fighers for killing our soliders (saying it is "fake news").

Dotard doesn't care if Putin paid bounties to have our soldiers killed because Dotard doesn't care about our soldiers. I completely believe Dotard said our soliders are suckers and losers. Because that is consistent with his past interactions, comments and actions -- i.e. making a soldier's widow cry, attacking the Khans, attacking John McCain's service, and calling credible intell concerning bounties paid by Russia on the lives of our soldiers serving in Afghanistan "fake news" and a hoax :(

Dotard denies disrespecting our soliders I (of course), but we know he lies because (aside from the fact that he lies constantly) one lie he concocted this time was quickly debunked. As per Dotard, "I called home, I spoke to my wife and I said, 'I hate this. I came here to go to that ceremony'". The problem with that lie is that "she was on the trip with the president and was also scheduled to visit the cemetery".

Why such a dumb lie? Because Dotard does not care if he is caught lying. His idiot supporters either believe him or love it that he tells easily debunked lies (it's another example of "sticking it to the libs". Dotard does not even give enough of a shit to come up with a good lie).
